Change your password

  1. Login to the Sync Link customer portal and you can view the email address currently associated with your account.
  2. To change your password, choose Account Information, click on Change Password and enter your new password.
  3. Click the Update button to save your changes.

 This will change the username for logging in to Sync Link, so you will have to log in through Outlook again after making this change.
